My passion is connecting Black expats in the Dominican Republic with one another and with those preparing to visit or relocate. I want people to have a place to ask questions, share what they have learned, and find trusted guidance before they arrive.
That same passion shapes Black in DR: bringing Black travelers and expats together through conversation, shared experiences, and meaningful local connections. As an attorney leading a licensed real-estate brokerage, I also understand that making the Dominican Republic home requires more than inspiration. It requires informed support with property and immigration decisions.
Our community also makes room for veterans to meet, support one another, and enjoy life abroad. Through Jedidiah Yohannes and Veteran Matters, shared service connects with practical support.
